Promotion and Evaluation of Citizen Services
1. Conduct Taipei City Government Improvement Service Quality Executive Plan.
2. Conduct non-periodical Citizen Service inspections.
3. Evaluate staff’s telephone etiquette.
4. Verify agencies’ processing in service applications.
5. Review Taipei City Government's innovative proposals.
6. Organize and analyze Citizen Service satisfaction surveys.
7. Assist supervision of Taipei City Simple Petition System"HELLO TAIPEI".
