In order to provide better service quality, the 1999 Taipei Citizen Hotline system is ex-pected to undergo maintenance on Wed., July 9, 2025, from 12 PM to 3 PM. During this period, TaipeiPASS internet call service will be paused. The 1999 Hotline will remain opera-tional for traditional phone and mobile calls, which will generally not be affected. In addi-tion, measures will be taken to minimize any impact as much as possible, ensuring service quality remains unaffected.
